The French Pedicure
If you are looking for a hygienic and very classic looking treatment for your nails try
getting a french manicure. The most classic type of
french pedicure feet has a
pastel or sheer r colored tone to the body of the nail that is topped with a
bright white tip. There is probably no other look when it comes to nails that
says, “well groomed” like french manicure feet. Open toed shoes look really
great as well with French manicure toenails peeping out of them.
The french pedicure looks great on any type of toenail a long as it is not ingrown.
Unlike bright red polish this type of French manicure makes the foot look well
shaped and elegant. There is however a version of this manicure for toe nails
that keeps the nails very clipped and short with only the moons of the nails
painted a very bright white. This is a very up to the moment, contemporary
look.
You can create your own french manicure toenails but basically the best
french pedicure is done in a professional beauty salon. The process of painting French
nails is very simple. Your nails are filed and shaped and then the tips are
painted white using nail guides. These guides are like sticker placed on the
beds of your toe nails. The stickers are then removed and pink or flesh colored
nail polish is then applied. Usually a topcoat of sheer varnish is also applied
to protect the nails. A really good french manicure should last you at least a
couple of weeks depending on how protected your feet are. If you walk barefoot
a lot for instance you risk damaging your french pedicure feet more.
